Cross Reference Table between Unifeeder and Smart Matrix Feeder Parameters
SMART MATRIX FEEDER 3.8
(*) The SYNC. UNI#N parameter allows you to set the first UNIFEEDER device as MASTER 1, MASTER 2
or OFF (neither MASTER 1 nor MASTER 2). The option set on this parameter will be indicated on the
LFA window of ROLLING FEEDER devices.
(**) The PK OUT TIME and PK OUT ALARM parameters operate like the TIME ALARM and TENSION
ERROR parameters, but they allow stopping the machine in case of sudden tension variation (due, for
instance, to a bobbin lock) in order to prevent possible needle breakages.
(***) The PK IN TIME and PK IN ALARM parameters allow stopping the machine, thus avoiding yarn
breakages in case of abnormal increase of Unifeeder motor torque, due to irregular yarn unwinding (for
instance in case of a sudden pull).
(****) The PRIORITY parameter allows you to set the Unifeeder device feeding mode:
STORAGE: if it must operate in “positive storage” mode (coil accumulation);
FEEDER: if it must operate in “ULTRAFEEDER” mode.
