SMART MATRIX FEEDER Error Messages
During the normal operation, the SMART MATRIX display will show CONTROL OK!.
In case of error or failure, the CONTROL OK! indication will be replaced by a message which summarizes
the type of error or failure occurred.
More precisely, two error screens will be shown alternatively containing the error detail (e.g. COMM.
ERROR) and the number of ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER device where the error
occurred (e.g. FEEDER 04).
When all the connected ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER devices are stationary, the
CONTROL OK! message is replaced by CONTROL STOP ->.
The error and failure messages can be classified as follows:
Errors detected by the SMART MATRIX power-on self-diagnostic
Error on terminal’s EEPROM data
Error on terminal’s RAM data
Error on internal communication bus
Errors detected on ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER devices during
the system operation
Communication error between SMART MATRIX FEEDER and ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING
FEEDER/UNIFEEDER device
Excessive current absorption by ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER
device
Error E-2 on ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER device
Error E-3 on ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER device
Tension error on ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING FEEDER/UNIFEEDER device
Excessive temperature on the relevant board of ULTRAFEEDER/ROLLING
FEEDER/UNIFEEDER device
