Printer Configuration Using the cab Setup Utility
If the printer is connected to a serial or USB interface of the computer, the
settings can be made using the "cab Setup Utility", wich is accessible after the
Windows driver installation.
NOTICE !
If you operate the printer under Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000 or
Windows XP you must own administrator rights for the printer to change
the settings of the Printer Configuration !
- Make sure that the your printer is connected to a serial or USB interface.
- Switch on the printer.
- From the Start Menu, select Settings, Printers.
- Right-click the M-Series printer to configure. Click "Setup".
- Under Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP click "Printer
Settings".
- Select the tab "Advanced Setup" and click "Printer Settings". The start
window of the cab Setup Utility appears.
