Securing the cover
Rest the cover on the foundation box, secure the hole cover and insert the cap on the cover.

MALFUNCTIONS POSSIBLE CAUSES CHECKS AND REMEDIES
The gate does not open or
close
• No power
• The gearmotor is unlocked
• The transmitter battery is flat
• The transmitter is broken
• The stop button is stuck or broken
• The opening/closing button or the key selector switch are stuck
• Check
for mains power
• Lock the gearmotor
• Replace the batteries

The gate opens but does not

TROUBLESHOOTING
MANUAL RELEASE OF THE GEARMOTOR
⚠Manually releasing the gate may cause an uncontrolled movement of the gate due to possible mechanical anomalies or unbalancing.
RELEASING
Remove the cap, unscrew the arm/motor unit in an anti-clockwise direction to move the leaf manually.
