To enable automatic turn-on, switch the standby function to Auto [AUT]. Also, if the device was switched off via the remote's “ON / Standby” button or the TV remote's “Power” button (when using IR learning), switch on the Sounddeck 100 via the “ON / Standby” button of the remote control and wait until it automatically switches to the standby mode next time. To prevent the TV remote from turning off the Sounddeck 100, delete the “Power” button command from the Sounddeck 100. Finally, if using the analogue input [AUX], increase the output level (volume) on your analogue source device.

If you want the Sounddeck 100 to stay on even without an input signal, select the standby function Manual [MAN]. Also, the infrared command for Standby might have been learned incorrectly, so relearn the infrared command for On (turn on) or Standby (turn off).
