1.Followmachinesafetyposition.See2-2and2-3.
2.Cleanthelterassemblyexternally.
3.Loosenthebleedscrew(2).
4.Unscrewthefuellters(1)anddiscard.
5.Cleantheltermountingsurface.

6.Applyathinlmofcleanoilonthenewoilltersealing
ring(2)andinstallthelter.
7.Turnuntilthesealingringcontactsthemountingsur-
face,thentightenanadditional3/4to1fullturn.
8.Donotovertighten.
9.Withthebleedscrewloose,primethefuelsystemwith
thehelpofprimingpump.
10.Starttheengineandmakesurethatnofuelisleaking.
NOTE:Donotusenongenuinespareparts.Injection
pumpmaygetdamagedbyusinganongenuinelter.
