Forheating,itisnecessarytoopentheheatershut-off
valve(1)locatedontheleft-handsideoftheengine.
NOTE:Inordertousethecabheater,theheatervalve
mustbeintheopenposition.Closethisvalvewhenthe
ambienttemperaturesincreaseortheoperator’sprefer-
encedoesnotrequireheatinsidethecab.

Cabwithonlyheater
Heatercontrolknob:Turntheknob(1)toswitchonthe
heaterandcontrolthetemperature.Turntheknob(1)
clockwisetoincreasethetemperatureandanti-clockwise
todecreasethetemperature.
Blowerspeedcontrolknob:Turnthethree-speedcontrol
knob(2)tosetthedesiredblowerspeed.
NOTE:Moistureaccumulationstartsonthewindshield
uponcontinuoususageofheaterforlongtime.
NOTICE:Ifwindshieldfogs-up,operatethewindshield
wipersforvisibility.Stopoperatingbackhoeworkimmedi-
atelyifvisibilitydecreases.Failuretocomplycouldresult
inminorormoderateinjury.
