beforetryingagain.

Aftertheenginehaspickedupandwarninglightslikelowlubricationoilpressureindicatorandbatteryno-charging
indicatorhavegoneOFF ,theengineshouldberuninidlingspeedfor2–3min.Thereafterrotatethethrottlelever
(4)toincreasetheRPMoftheengine.Atthemaximumposition,theenginewillbeoperatinginfullspeed.

Normalenginestarting
1.Makesuretheseatisfacingforward.
2.Adjusttheseatandfastentheseatbelt.
3.Makesuretheparkingbrakeisapplied,thedirectioncontrolleverisinneutral,andtheenginehandthrottleis
pulledupwardtotheidleposition.
4.Turnthekeywitchtothe“ON”positionandwait2–3sfortheinstrumentclustertoself-checkandpowerup.
5.Ifthemachineisequippedwithanenginepre-heatingsystem,waitfortheenginepre-heatlamptoturnOFF .
6.TurnthekeyswitchtotheSTARTpositiontoactuatethestartermotor.
7.Iftheenginestartsandstops,donotactuatethestartermotoragainuntilthestartermotorstopsturning.
NOTE:Donotoperatethestartermotormorethan15satonetime.Letthestartermotorcoolfor2minbeforeyou
actuatethestartermotoragain.Whilethestartermotorisengaged,whiteorblacksmokemustbeseenattheexhaust
pipe.Ifnosmokeisseen,checkthefuelsupply.
