Visualinspecttheradiatorfandaily,checkevery500h
1.Rotatethecrankshaftbyusingtheenginebarring
gear.Checkforcracks,looserivets,andbentorloose
blades.
NOTE:neverpullorpryonthefan.
2.Checkthefantomakesureitissecurelymounted.
3.Tightenthecap-screwsifnecessary.Ifthefanisdam-
aged,consultyourCASECONSTRUCTIONdealerto
replacethefan.

Travelreductiongears
Checkthetravelreductiongearsoillevelevery500h.
Lubricant:CASEAKCELAGEAR135HEP80W-90
1.Parkthemachineonat,horizontalground.
2.Movethemachinesothatthedrainplug(1)comes
downtothelowestposition.
3.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterkey.
4.Removethelevelplug(2),andchecktheoillevel.If
thelevelcomesuptothebottomedgeofport(2),itis
sufcient.
Ifnecessary,addoilthroughport(2)untiltheoilcomes
uptothebottomedgeofport(2).
5.ChecktheO-ringsealofthelevelplug(2)fordamages,
andreplaceitifnecessary.
6.Insertthelevelplug(2)withsealtapewrappedaround
it.
7.RepeatSteps2to6fortheothertravelreductiongear.
8.Runthemachineslowlytocheckthatthereareno
leaks.
