Cleanthehydraulicoilsuctionlterevery2000h
NOTICE:donotremovethehydraulicoilsuctionlterfromthehydraulictankbeforethehydraulictankwasempty.
1.Cleanthetopofthehydraulictank,andcleanthecover
oftheinletlter.
2.Removethefourbolts(1),andthesuctioncover(2)
fromthehydraulicoiltank.
3.Removetheoilsuctionlter(3),andcleanitwitha
solvent.
4.Letitdrycompletely,andcheckfordamage.Ifany
damageisfoundonitssurface,replaceitwithanew
component.
5.InstallanewO-ring(4),andinstalltheoilsuctionlter
onthesuctioncover(2).Lockthesuctioncover(2)with
thefourbolts(1).
Tightenthebolts(1)to55–83N·m(40.6–61.2lbft).
6.Checkthehydraulicuidlevel,andaddifnecessary.

ponent(s)concerned.
