Circuitconguration
Asforbreakeroilpressureline,useextraspoolofmaincontrolvalve.
Setproperbreakerpressureonloadreliefvalve.
Thepressureofthesystemis19615kPa(2845psi).
Theaccumulatorshouldbeusedtothebreakerchargingandreturnline.Iftheaccumulatorisnotused,itwillbe
damageastheinputwaveisdelivered.
Keepthepressurepulsationofpumpbelow5861kPa(850psi)byinstallingtheaccumulator.
Donotconnectthebreakerreturnlinetothemaincontrol,butconnecttothereturnlinefrontofthecooler.
Donotconnectthebreakerreturnlinetodrainlines,suchasofswingmotor,travelmotororpump,otherwisethey
shouldbedamaged.
Oneofspoolofthemaincontrolvalveshouldbeconnectedtothetank.
Selectthesizeofpipelayingconsideringthebackpressure.
Shim-lesstubeshouldbeusedforthepiping.
Weldthebracketforpipeclamptopreventdamagecausedbyvibration.
