Installation
For CIH Flagship x250 w/Battery Power on pin 29 ONLY
1. Remove metal shield from left side of feederhouse.
2. Remove plastic cable guard on the back of X-025P.
3. Use the included blue Deutsch removal tool to remove
the red wire from pin 5.
• This is the only red wire in the connector
• You may need to loosen closest wire tie to easily
access the connection
4. Insert included white sealing plug into cavity.
• Extra sealing plug included if needed
5. Insert red wire pin into jiffy splice on PFI-250-P
power adapter.
• Make sure wire clicks into place
6. Reassemble cable guard and conduit on X-025P.
• Red wire exits conduit outside cable guard
7. Connect 3 pin triangular plug in-line at feeder speed
sensor (Y313 and Y314) on upper left side of
feederhouse.
8. Ziptie power adapter harness to existing harnessing.
• Make sure exposed wire cannot rub against metal
framing
9. Reinstall metal shield.
