GETTING READY
Your camera is powered by a rechargeable lithium ion battery
(NP-40).
IMPORTANT!
• Use of any type of battery other than NP-40 is not
supported.
To load the battery
1.
Open the battery cover.
2. Load the battery into the camera.
Slide the stopper on the side of the camera in the direction
indicated by the arrow and load the battery. Press the
battery in until the stopper secures it in place.
Charging the Battery
While pressing the battery
cover, slide it in the
direction indicated by the
arrow.
