SV rate of change
This function is used to apply an SV change gradually, not immediately.
Rise and fall settings are available for SV rate of change. Use the SV rate of change rise setting for
upward operation, and the SV rate of change fall setting for downward operation.
Also, the SV rate of change time unit is used to set the time axis for SV rate of change.
The SV rate of change settings works in the following situations.
• In changing the execution No. selection for constant value operation (changing SV for constant value
operation)
• In changing executing SV
• In switching from remote SV operation to local SV operation
*SV rate of change function is disabled in switching from local SV operation to remote SV operation.
Note: Changing setting value during SV rate of change in operation may result in sudden change of SV.
Reference
In changing the execution No. selection for constant value operation, SV changes
from SV2 to SV1 according to the setting of SV rate of change.
*Alarm is judged at SV (SV in slope) of operation screen.
5-3-4
Constant value operation PV start
For the case of setting which, SV rate of change rise·fall (other than "0.0") operates under following
condition, SV rate of change function starts at the current PV value as a start point.
• On power ON
• In switching operation method from MANUAL to AUTO
• In switching from READY to RUN
• For the specification with program function, in switching from program operation (except for RESET
condition) to constant value operation RUN
Reference

For PV start
On power ON, the operation starts with
PV and it changes to the set SV
according to the setting of SV rate of
change.
