* If the two same bits in both NTR and PTR registers are set at 0, no
Transition of that bit in the Questionable Condition register can set the
corresponding bit in the Questionable Event register.

OVP : Output Voltage protection
INP : Line input protection.
OCP : Over Current protection.
FAN : Fan failure.
SHT : Output short protection.
OTP : Over temperature protection.
OPP : Over power protection.
INT-DD: Inner DD power stage protection
INT-AD: Inner AD power stage protection
