4. Operation
4.1 Preparation Before Test
(1) Before plugging in the power cord, make sure the power switch is off and the voltage
selector on the rear panel meets the required voltage.
(2) If there is a need to change the voltage, ensure the fuse used matches the voltage selected.
See the section of FUSE for the fuse specification.
a CAUTION
It is required to remove the power cord when replacing the fuse or changing the input voltage
to avoid the hazard of electric shock.
