Product Specific Configuration Options
In Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, the following configuration options are available for the Cisco IP
Phone 8861 and 8865.

Product specific configuration options can be configured in bulk via the Bulk Admin Tool if using Cisco Unified
Communications Manager.
Some of the product specific configuration options can be configured on an enterprise phone, common phone profile or
individual phone configuration level.
