CB FALCON CONTROLLER
1. Control Description - The CB Falcon hydronic control is an integrated burner
management and modulation control with a touch-screen display/operator
interface.
2. Functionality - The controller is capable of the following functions:
• Flame supervision
• Burner sequencing
• Heating/modulation control
• Hot water system pump control
• High Limit temperature control
• Thermowell-mounted NTC temperature sensors to provide measured process
variable signals to the controller.
• User-friendly touchscreen interface
• Modbus communication capability
• Alarm/lockout messaging with history (last 15 messages)
• Annunciation
• Outdoor reset
• Central Heating and Domestic Hot Water loop control
• Password protection of configurable parameters
• High Stack Temperature limit
• Remote reset
• Lead/Lag sequencing
• (3) configurable pump relays
• Remote modulation/remote setpoint
• Frost protection
• Time of Day (dual setpoint) control
• Three levels of access to control configuration:
•End-user
•Installer/Service Engineer (password protected)
•OEM Manufacturer (password protected)
