10.9.Ricondizionamento dei freni a
disco
1. Montare il disco seguendo quanto indicato
nelle figura A1.
2. Posizionare la slitta bloccandola come
indicato nella figura B1.
3. Posizionare sulla slitta la torretta e
bloccarla mediante i dadi 18.
4. Montare gli utensili 11 sui rispettivi
portautensili 13 in posizione il più possibile
simmetrica (se avvicinati le due punte degli
utensili devono coincidere).
5. Centrare gli utensili sulla fascia del disco
mediante lo spostamento assiale della
barra 9.
6. Regolare la profondità della passata nel
seguente modo:
a) sbloccare la leva 16
b) bloccare la leva 17
c) ruotare l’impugnatura graduata 16
per avvicinare o allontanare
l’utensile
d) bloccare la leva 16
e) sbloccare la leva 17
f) ruotare l’impugnatura graduata 16
per avvicinare o allontanare
l’utensile
g) entrare con gli utensili verso il
centro del disco mediante il
volantino 20
h) inserire l’avanzamento automatico

i) regolare la velocità di
avanzamento mediante il pomello

10.9.Reconditioning of the brake lathe
1. Mount the disc as shown in picture A1.
2. Place the slide as indicated in picture B1.
3. Mount on it the bar and block it tightening the
nut 18.
4. Place the cutters 11 on their respective
holders 13. Pay attention the cutting points
have to be on same line. (when approached
the points have to touch each other).
5. Displace the bar in order to center the cutter
in respect of the disc.
6. To settle up the cutting depth, operate in the
following way:
a) unscrew in the knob 16
b) screw the levers 17up
c) rotate the scaled handle 16 to
symmetrically approach or take away
the cutters from the disc faces
d) block the lever 16 again
e) screw the levers 17up
f) rotate the scaled handle 16 to
symmetrically approach or take away
the cutters from the disc faces
g) withdraw the cutters from the disc
h) start automatic feed 21
i) adjust the feeding speed by means
the table feed speed regulator 19
