10.11.3.Disalimentazione della macchina
Se la situazione di allarme è dovuta ad una
situazione casuale e temporanea, immediatamente
risolvibile senza alcun rischio, o connessa ad una
situazione d’uso e l’operatore è assolutamente
certo di essere a conoscenza della causa esatta
che ha generato l’arresto e di poterla
efficacemente risolvere in sicurezza senza
accedere alle zone pericolose, l’operatore può
riprendere il ciclo di lavoro della macchina (solo se
tutte queste condizioni sono rispettate). E’
altrimenti necessario avvisare il personale
preposto.
10.11.3.Disablement of the machine
If the machine stops because of an obvious reason
related to the production process and the operator is
absolutely sure that it may be restarted safely without
any danger, then the operator may restart the
machine. In all other circumstances the operator must
report the fault to supervisory personnel.
Always check if the emergency stop button has not
been pressed and stopped the machine.
10.11.4.Guasto della macchina o della
logica di controllo
Nel caso in cui il fermo macchina sia dovuto ad un
guasto, l’operatore addetto alla conduzione non
deve in nessun modo cercare di risolvere il
problema.
È necessario intervenire al fine di porre nel minore
tempo possibile le condizioni di sicurezza, e
chiedere l’intervento del personale preposto alla
manutenzione.
Non è possibile operare sulla macchina, fino a
quando il guasto non è stato individuato e risolto.
10.11.4.Failure of the machine or control
system
The production operator must not try to identify the
cause of the machine stopping because of a failure in
the control system or try to rectify such failures.
Contact the maintenance supervisor in order to have
the necessary repairs completed as safely and quickly
as possible.
10.11.5.Causa non individuabile
dall’operatore
Nel caso in cui la causa che ha portato all’arresto
non sia nota all’operatore, o semplicemente questi
nutra delle perplessità, l’operatore addetto alla
conduzione non deve in nessun modo cercare di
risolvere il problema.
È necessario intervenire al fine di porre nel minore
tempo possibile le condizioni di sicurezza, e
chiedere l’intervento del personale preposto alla
manutenzione.
Non è possibile operare sulla macchina, fino a
quando la causa non è stata individuata, ed il
problema è stato risolto.
10.11.5.Stoppage cause not identifiable
by operator.
The production operator must not try to rectify the
machine if the cause of the breakdown is not known.
It is the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor to
repair the machine as quickly as possible within the
recommended safety requirements.
The production operator must not attempt to operate
the machine until the cause of any failure has been
identified and rectified by suitably qualified personnel.
