Monitoring
Secure Data via
Telnet
• securemon [enable|disable]
By default, monitoring of TX/RX data when in Secur
e Data
Mode i
s not allowed through telnet (an insecure protocol).
This command allows you to override that default wh
en
secur
emon is enabled it will allow monitoring of secure data
via an insecure protocol like telnet.
Currently, because of issues with the DeviceMaster LT
ssh
implemen
tation, monitoring serial port data via
the ssh
comma
nd-line interface is not supported. It is expected th
at
i
t will be supported in the future. Once it is supported, th
e
secur
emon setting will not affect th
e ability to monitor secure
