1) Insert the template in the track and slide the template towards the rear until it touches the
inside of the frame support upright.
2) Mark the two (2) holes or drill through the template with a 1/4" (6 mm) drill bit.
3) To attach the slow door mounting plate (Figure # 33, Item 4C), measure up from the sill
24" (610 mm) and mark this location. Align the mounting plate's center hole to this mark
and mark the other two (2) holes. All the holes should be located in the center of the door
panel edge. Drill three (3) 1/4" (6 mm) holes and secure the slow door mounting plate.
NOTE
Pay attention to which side the formed offset faces. It can easily be reversed causing a
clearance problem.
