2.3.5 Operation
NOTE:
Max. 20 evenly distributed starts and stops, per hour with 60 seconds on / off
time. Frequent switching intervals can damage the Conel Flow Rain-Cham-
pion.
The Conel Flow Rain-Champion has thermal overload protection according to
EN 60947-4-1, which automatically switches off the Conel Flow Rain-Cham-
pion in the event of thermal overload of the pump motor and switches it on
automatically after a cooling time of approx. 15 minutes.
Intended use / foreseeable misuse Danger to persons - damage to the Conel Flow Rain-Champion
(You can nd information on this in Section 1.4).
Use of the Conel Flow Rain-Cham-
pion in pipeline systems
Danger to people and the environment
Piping systems can be under pressure and / or contain liquid
(water).
Use of the Conel Flow Rain-Cham-
pion in systems with integrated
pressure vessels
The operating regulations for pressure vessels are contained
in the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV).
Note the inspection intervals for the recurring inspections of
pressure vessels by the operator of the system.
Maintenance and inspection
NOTE:
All repair work may only be carried out by CONEL GmbH , Margot-Kalinke-
Straße 9, 80939 München or an authorized contract partner, otherwise all gua-
rantee / warranty claims are forfeited.
NOTE:
Changes or repairs to the Conel Flow Rain-Champion are only permitted with the
consent of CONEL GmbH, Margot-Kalinke-Straße 9, 80939 München.
The manufacturer‘s approval is also required for other spare parts, apart from the
original parts.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability or warranty for personal injury or
damage to the Powe Conel Flow Rain-Champion that has risen through the use of
other parts.
