CORIMA AERO - 6-2 Valve Extender for Non-Removable Valve; 6-3 Flexible Valve Extender for Disc Wheels

Your CLINCHER TIRE wheel is delivered with a valve extender which operates with a removable or non removable
conical valve.
The valve extender can be used on valves with a removable or a non removable top part.
Unscrew
the valve cap.
Completely unscrew
the top part
of the valve.
Set the rubber
air seal at
the bottom ot the
valve’s threading.
Screw the valve
extender and
tighten it
with a claw.
Set the cap
on top and scew it.

Setting the flexible valve extender :
- Unscrew the removable top part of the Presta valve with a claw (picture 1 and picture 2).
- Screw the flexible valve extender inside the Presta valve (picture 3 and picture 4).
- Screw the removable top part (conical valve) again on top of the flexible valve extender with a
claw (pictur
e 5 and picture 6).
Inflating the tubular tire :
- Remove the protection cover (picture 7).
- Make sure the flexible valve extender is correctly set (picture 8).
- Unscrew the nut of the removable top part (conical valve) to inflate the inner tube.
- Set the air pump adaptor (picture 9).

late to the limit of the tire or the tubular. The air pressure must be checked with a manometer.
- Screw again the nut of the removable top part (conical valve) and put the protection cover back.
