Work Procedure Point
WARNING
Before disassembling work, be sure
to turn OFF all power supplies.
1 Remove the switch box
cover, top panel, back
panel, left side panel,
and right side panel
in accordance with
“Procedure for Removing
Outside Panel Block
(P.118)”.
① Recover refrigerant from
the service port.
② Disconnect the brazing
section of the high
pressure switch (S3PH).
③ Disconnect the connector
(63H) on the control
board (A1P), and pull out
the lead wire of the high
pressure switch (S3PH)
from the wiring port (see
page 98) (*1). Remove
the band banding the lead
wires of the high pressure
switch (S3PH) in the oil
cooling unit.

Once the sealing material
of the wiring port is
removed, its dust-preventive
performance is degraded.

Change the removed sealing
material with a new one
before taking in lead wire
again.
