(4) Temperature warning
Outline of the function
As a special function of the Oil Cooling Unit, you can set up the “Temperature range warning” function.
This function allows you to specify a desired temperature range within the Oil Cooling Unit operating range.
When the control temperature exceeds the preset range, the unit informs you of the Temperature range
warning” condition.
The operation at the time of temperature range warning activated can be selected by setting (Operation mode
after temperature range warning is activated (c) on page 70).
Parameter setting
For temperature range warning, up to 5 settings are available as shown in the table here below.
Also, input the set value for each parameter number to set the warning occurrence condition.

(1) When the outlet oil temperature [Th-2] (or inlet oil
temperature [Th-4]) is 15°C or lower, the compressor
stops. (Warning)
(2) When the outlet oil temperature [Th-2] (or inlet oil
temperature [Th-4]) is 35°C or higher, the compressor
stops (F1 to F5 alarm), and terminal [66]-[67] output
turns ON or OFF.
(3) When the outlet oil temperature [Th-2] (or inlet oil
temperature [Th-4]) is at least 5°C lower than the
room temperature [Th-3] (or machine temperature
[Th-1]), terminal [66]-[67] output turns ON or OFF.
(4) When the outlet oil temperature [Th-2] (or inlet oil
temperature [Th-4]) is at least 5°C higher than the
room temperature [Th-3] (or machine temperature
[Th-1]), terminal [66]-[67] output turns ON or OFF.
