Fault Finding
The table on the following page gives some typical fault conditions, causes and
rectifications.
Any problems encountered that are not covered in this version of the technical
manual should be referred directly to Datem. Our technical staff should be
able to provide additional fault finding advice in such situations.
When seeking advice, it is necessary to provide the following information:
1. Location,
2. Details relating to the means of immediate Contact,
3. Nature of problem,
4. Any attempted resolution,
5. Operational parameters,
6. Cone used,
7. System parameters (Software versions etc..).
8. Any additional information considered to be relevant.
