Remove the right-side cover.
Procedure
NOTE
: Note the orientation of the fan while removing the so that you can replace it correctly.
1 Lay the computer on the left side and remove the system-fan cable from the system board.
2 Pull the system fan to release it from the rubber grommets on the chassis and remove the fan from the chassis.
Procedure
1 Lay the computer on the left side and disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
2 Disconnect the processor-cooling assembly cable from the system board.
