Prerequisites
1 Remove the right-side cover.
2 Remove the front cover.
3 Remove the slim optical drive
4 Remove the top cover.
Procedure
1 Lay the computer on the left side and disconnect the power-button cable from the system board.
2 Remove the power-button cable from the routing guides on the chassis.
3 Press the tab on the power-button board to release the module from the top panel.
4 Remove the power-button board along with its cable through the slot on the top panel.
