Removing the NVLink sponges
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system.
3. Remove the rear mounting front PERC module.
NOTE: Observe the cable routing before disconnecting the cables.
4. NVLink sponges are required only for GPUs with NVLink bridges.
Steps
Using the hole on the NVLink sponge, lift the NVLink sponge out of the system.
