Internal Multi-function Output Terminal Selection

The Local/Remote of Digital operation panel has the lowest priority.
When the built-in PLC has use a MIx, the original function of this MIx can still be triggered via
virtual terminal.
Pr. 02-74 and Pr. 02-75 can both do running change.
Pr. 02-74 and Pr. 02-75 setting value are both memorized before power off.
The virtual terminal trigger can still be selected by the setting of Pr. 02-12 Digital Input Operation
Setting (Pr. 02-12=0 N.O. or Pr. 02-12=1 N.C.)
