Line Fit
The average of the replicates is used to determine a best-fit trend line of the data
set. The trend line equation is applied to the sample absorbance values to
calculate concentrations.
Options include:

Linear

nd
Order
•
Interpolation: This option draws a straight line between each point.
Note: The software will extrapolate concentrations for samples with absorbances
15% above the absorbance values associated with the highest standard for linear
fits only.
Saving a Standard Curve
A standard curve or a series of standard concentrations may be saved and
reused at a later date.
