Custom Formula Methods
In addition to the primary analysis wavelength, the Formula Methods app enables
the user to include up to 4 additional results for each measurement. The result
fields may be used to monitor additional specific wavelengths or have the
software perform routine calculations based upon absorbance values measured
at specific wavelengths.

Result Name: Enter a name for each custom formula.
•
Custom Formulas: Tap on the custom formulas input field to display a pop-up
dialog.The following functions are available:

Advanced: When checked, this feature allows the user to designate that the
method uses a Savitzky–Golay filter instead of the default boxcar method to
smooth data. $
