  If the LCD display on your DeVilbiss Medical Equipment isn't lighting up, first verify that the LCD connectors are secure at both the LCD display module and the control board. Inspect the LCD tail for damage or creases from bending, and also check the tail going to the Encoder PC board for damage. If the connectors are secure, the tail is undamaged, and the display still doesn't function, replace the LCD display module. If the LCD still doesn't show messages correctly, replace the control PC board, reinstalling the original LCD.

Ensure the blower halves are properly snapped together without any visible gaps. Then, recalibrate the pressure and flow sensors using the Manual Calibration Procedure. Finally, test with a known good blower. If the good blower runs, replace the original blower and perform a 6-hour burn-in test with sound testing. If the good blower doesn't run, replace the control board.
