- 100 kHz from 2 kS/s up to 204.8 kS/s
Digital filter (-3 dB):
- 0.494 fs up to 51.2 kS/s
- 0.49 fs from 51.2 kS/s up to 102.4 kS/s
- 0.38 fs from 102.4 kS/s up to 204.8 kS/s
