DIESTRO 103APV4R ELECTROLYTE ANALYZER
32 JS Medicina Electrónica
7 - CALIBRATION
1. OVERVIEW
The analyzer performs 3 types of calibration
a. One Point Calibration of Ions and pH
b. Two Point Calibration of Ions and pH
c. TCO2 calibration (if installed)
Ensure the correct functioning of the analyzer by maintaining it properly and
performing quality controls.
See the "Quality Control" and "Maintenance" section.
At all times, the Analyzer will display the status of the electrodes.
Green: Ready to Measure
Black: Present on the analyzer and Disabled (will not measure that parameter)
Red: Not Calibrated (will not measure that parameter)
If the electrode is not displayed on this bar, it implies that the Analyzer did not detect it. Check
the connections and whether the Analyzer has that electrode enabled.
2. 1 POINT CALIBRATION OF IONS AND PH
It is performed automatically by the analyzer during the measurement of a sample. The result is
not reported.
During the measurement, at the end of the stabilization of the sample, the analyzer performs a
rinse and a load of StdA, followed by a stabilization during which it makes the 1 point
calibration.
