23–FILL PORT NEEDLE REPLACEMENT
Retractable Fill Port
1. Change of the tip
1.1 Open the front to access the fill port assembly.
1.2 Remove the tip that wraps the stainless steel capillary.
1.3 Place the new tip and leave in the same position.
1.4 Close the front.
2. Changing the fill port needle (stainless steel capillary)
2.1 Open the front of the analyzer.
2.2 Remove the pipe from the stainless steel capillary.
2.3 Loosen (without removing) the screw fastening the stainless steel capillary and take it
out.
2.4 Insert the tip at the tip of the new stainless capillary leaving at the lower end that
protrudes approximately 1.5Cm.
2.5 Put the new stainless steel capillary verifying that it matches the slot of the Teflon
bracket and adjust the screw.
2.6 Verify that the stainless steel capillary is aligned and does not collide with the edges of
the groove in front.
2.7 Reconnect the pipe to the stainless steel capillary.
