AFTER REMOVING THE ASA’S CHARGING HANDLE and actuating pin (See AIR 2.2) the
ASA nut may be removed from the ASA with a 7/64-inch allen wrench [FIG. 1] The actuating
pin o-ring is captured in the front face of the nut [FIG. 2] and may be inspected for nicks or
tears. If damaged, it should be replaced. Lubricate the o-ring lightly with GR33SE™ before
reassembly.

first remove the grip frame from the marker
(See ADVANCED MAINTENANCE 6.4) then use an 1/16-inch allen wrench to remove the trigger
pivot pin [FIG. 1] With the pin removed, the trigger can slide free of the grip frame [FIG. 2]
When reinstalling the trigger, do not lubricate the o-ring on the pivot pin. This o-ring provides
friction to keep the pin from working loose.
