TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY
4 Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Ignition Switch harness connector.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster C3 harness connector.
Measure the resistance of the Key-In Ignition Switch Sense circuit between the
ignition switch connector and the Instrument Cluster C3 connector .
Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
All
Yes → Go To 5
No → Repair the Key-In Ignition Switch Sense circuit for an open
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
5 If there are no possible causes remaining, view repair. All
Repair
Replace and program the Instrument Cluster in accordance with
the Service Information.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
