Dräger recommends storing the gas detector in the charging cradle.
The sensors are supplied with power even when the gas detector is switched off to
ensure a faster warm-up time when switching on.
When storing the gas detector outside of the charging cradle, power supply to the
sensors is cut off automatically after 21 days. When the gas detector is switched on
again, there is an increased warm-up time.
