Components which are subsequently
installed in the medical device must comply
with all regulatory or technical requirements
and certifications.
Compliance with all regulatory or technical
requirements for the complete system is the
responsibility of the operating organization of
the health-care facility.
The subsequent installation may only be
carried out by assembly personnel.
Non-compliance may result in impairment of
the correct functioning of the medical device.
Observe the accompanying documents of the
individual components.

Fitting accessories (e.g., a display on the
display mount) must be carried out in
accordance with the documents
accompanying the particular accessory.
Comply with the maximum load of the display
mount; refer to the technical data.

The display mount housing must not be
opened.

Personnel and patient may become infected
by a non-sterile handle.
Use only sterile handles.

Disposable sleeves can fall down into the
operating field.
Dräger recommends using disposable
sleeves from another manufacturer (e.g.,
Covidien) only with the corresponding handle
adapter for disposable sleeves from the same
manufacturer, see list of accessories.

Avoid collisions between the light
head/display mount or parts of the arm
system and other objects.
The travel path must be clear before the
product is adjusted in height or swiveled.
