Ambient light mode (Endo light)
When the Synchronization function is activated,
the Polaris 600 lights can be switched into
Ambient light mode individually. This will
deactivate the Synchronization function. When a
Polaris 600 light in the light system is in Ambient
light mode, the key on this light is deactivated.
When the key is pressed, the
Synchronization function is not activated. When
all Polaris 600 lights in the light system are in
Ambient light mode, the key on the wall-
mounted control panel is also deactivated.
When the Synchronization function is activated,
the illuminance of individual light heads can be
increased. If necessary, the total irradiance must
be adjusted by reducing the illuminance of
individual lights.
Switching the Ambient light mode on
This function is described using the example of the
light control panel and applies equally for the wall-
mounted control panel.
To be able to activate this function, the light must
be switched on, see "Switching the light on and off"
on page 48.
Press the key (A) for 1.5 seconds.
This key delay provides protection from
unintentional activation.
The light switches to the Ambient light mode.
The status LED (B) is lit.
Switching the ambient light mode off
Press the key (A).
The Ambient light mode is deactivated.
The light switches to the OP light mode.
The status LED (B) is not lit.
