1.2.4 Powering On the Drobo 8D
To power on the Drobo 8D:
1. Once you attach one end of the power cord to the Drobo 8D and the other end of the cord to a
power source, turn on the Drobo using the power toggle button located on the back.
2. Drobo will take several minutes to complete the power on cycle.
3. When the power on cycle is complete, the Drobo will flash blue and yellow lights.
Note:
The power toggle is only to power on Drobo, proper shutdown should happen within the
Drobo Dashboard.
