Tell the panel to begin uploading a history of it's activity to the server. This
information is used to troubleshoot bugs and diagnose panel problems. The
panel will upload any logs saved in it’s memory

Fatal: Record fatal or severely problematic information only
Error: Record all errors and fatal issues
Warn: Record warnings, errors, and fatal issues!
Info: Record all generic, non-customer related information!
Debug: Record diagnostic messages, Info, Warnings, Errors, and Fatal issues!
Verbose: Record all non-customer identifying information
System logs allow the panel to send non-customer identifying information to
the server for troubleshooting and bug identification.
