Check panel LED operation
1) Reboot the panel and run the test again.
2) Master reset and repeat test
Check panel backup software
version
1) Provide user option to create backup version on the panel.
This is NEW Requirement
1) Check to ensure backplate is secure and installed properly.
Check panel AC power status
1) Inspect the wire leads are secure and properly connected on
the terminal block and adapter.
Check panel's Internet
connectivity
1) Go to Wifi Setting page, Enable Wifi and connect to a Wifi
Network
2) Make sure Internet is available on the home router. You can
check the Internet in System Monitor page.
3) Contact your network service provider on continued
internet connectivity failure.
Check panel's cell network
connectivity
1) Possible OTASP provisioning required.
2) Run cell connectivity test on Settings / System Tests page
Check panel support mode
(adb) is disabled
1) Contact Dealer to disable ADB from Alarm.com dealer site
