LUBRIFICAZIONE
Forzata a mezzo pompa ad ingranaggi, rete di
filtrazione in aspirazione, valvola by-pass in
derivazione per la regolazione della pressione,
cartuccia intercambiabile in mandata con valvola
di sicurezza per intasamento della stessa,
indicatore bassa pressione sul cruscotto.
RAFFREDDAMENTO (fig. 18)
A liquido a circuito pressurizzato con radiatore e
termostato a miscelazione. Una pompa
centrifuga, comandata dall’albero di distribuzione,
mette in circolazione il liquido e un serbatoio di
espansione recupera le dilatazioni termiche del
refrigerante.
L’impianto è composto da:
1) Coperchio pompa acqua.
2) Termostato (inizio apertura a 65°C± 2°C).
3) Sensore temperatura per visualizzazione sul
cruscotto.
4) Sensore temperatura per centralina iniezione/
accensione.
5) Radiatore.
6) Tappo radiatore
7) Elettroventola.
8) Serbatoio espansione.
9) Tappo di carico liquido.
Importante
Con motociclo fermo non tenere il motore
ad elevato regime poiché l’assenza di flusso
d’aria causerebbe un dannoso surriscaldamento
al motore.
LUBRICATION
It is a pressure-feed system with a gear pump,
suction strainer, by-pass pressure regulating
valve, replaceable pressure filter cartridge with
safety valve against valve clogging, low pressure
indicator located on the instrument panel.
COOLING (fig. 18)
Liquid cooling in pressure-feed circuit with
mixing radiator and thermostat. A centrifugal
pump operated by the camshaft pumps the
coolant while an expansion tank compensates
for excess coolant when it expands from heat.
The system consists of:
1) Water pump cover.
2) Thermostat (starts opening at 65°C± 2°C).
3) Temperature sensor for instrument panel
display.
4) Temperature sensor for injection/ignition
control unit.
5) Radiator.
6) Radiator plug.
7) Electric fan.
8) Expansion tank.
9) Coolant filler plug.
Warning
Do not run the engine at high speed with
the motorcycle standing, as the lack of air
cooling would lead to engine overheating.
GRAISSAGE
Forcé par pompe à engrenages, réseau de
filtrage en admission, soupape by-pass en
dérivation pour le réglage de la pression,
cartouche interchangeable en alimentation avec
clapet de sûreté pour obstruction éventuelle,
indicateur de basse pression sur le tableau de
bord.
SYSTEME DE REFROIDISSEMENT (fig. 18)
Liquide à circuit pressurisé avec radiateur et
thermostat à mélange. Une pompe centrifuge,
commandée par l’arbre de distribution, fait
circuler le liquide et un réservoir d’expansion
récupère les dilatations thermiques du
réfrigérant.
Le système se compose de:
1) Couvercle pompe à eau.
2) Thermostat (début ouverture à 65°C± 2°C).
3) Détecteur de température pour affichage
tableau de bord
4) Détecteur de température pour boîtier
électronique injection/allumage
5) Radiateur.
6) Bouchon radiateur.
7) Electro-ventilateur.
8) Réservoir expansion.
9) Bouchon de remplissage liquide.
Attention
Lorsque le motocycle est à l’arrêt, ne pas
faire fonctionner le moteur à un régime élevé car
le manque de flux d’air provoquerait une
surchauffe préjudiciable au moteur.
