1-2. The features of the DBM-150T
The DBM-150T is a trimmer and is connected to the stapler folder DBM-150. The DBM-150T trims the fore-
edge of a booklet made by the DBM-150.
As a downstream unit of the DBM-150, this machine starts or stops in conjunction with the DBM-150.
Binding Operations
1) Stapled and folded paper
The booklet stapled and folded by the upstream unit is sent to this machine and trimmed. After
being trimmed, the booklet will be conveyed to the belt stacker. The booklet can be ejected even
without trimming.
2) Folded paper
The booklet folded (not stapled) by the upstream unit is sent to this machine and trimmed. After
being trimmed, the booklet will be conveyed to the belt stacker. The booklet can be ejected even
without trimming.
Because the booklet is not stapled, it may not be trimmed properly if the folded paper is poorly
aligned.
3) Side and corner stapled paper (option)
The booklet side-stapled or corner-stapled by the DBM-150 is sent to the belt stacker through this
machine. The booklet cannot be trimmed.
