Feeding Paper Manually

Move the manual feed guides F and B
according to the paper width.
Align the arrow on the guide with the scale.
When attaching the manual feed guides to
the inlet, make sure that the edge of each
guide faces inward.

When the SXS MODIFICATION KIT is
attached to the DBM-150, specify the
number of times that you feed paper
manually using the control panel of the
sheet feeder or the PC CONTROLLER.
If you feed all the sheets manually at a time
instead of feeding them in several batches, set
it to [1] (default).
If you feed all the sheets manually at a time,
remove the lower conveyance unit. Attach
only the side guides (L) and the upper
conveyance unit. If the lower conveyance
unit is attached, a paper jam may occur.

Press the key of this machine.
When the machine is ready, you will hear beep
sound.

Insert paper into the manual feed inlet.
When inserting paper continuously, make sure
that the operation for the previous paper is
complete before inserting the next paper.
Pushing paper into the manual feed inlet
may cause a booklet making failure.
Move the manual feed guides to either side of
the inlet when not feeding paper manually.

After manual feed is complete, press the
key.
The machine will stop.
