1-2. Paper jam error

Cause Solution
J011 Paper was detected at the unexpected timing
because of the existence of paper, paper chips
or others.
Press the key to eject paper or paper chips, or
open the top cover to remove them.
J021 The paper has not reached the infeed section. Press the key to eject paper, or open the top
cover to remove it.
J022 Paper remains in the infeed section.
J023 Paper was sent from the upstream unit at the
time when it cannot be processed.
Decrease the processing speed.
J032 Paper or paper chips were detected at the
stapling section.
Press the key to eject paper, or open the top
cover to remove it.
J033 There is no paper in the stapling section when
it is to be stapled.

J041 Paper has not reached the stapling section
when it is to be stapled.
J043 Paper has not reached the folding section when
it is to be folded.
J061 A paper jam has occurred in front of the

J062 Paper or paper chips were detected at the
ejecting section of the DBM-150.
J063 Paper was sent from the DBM-150 at the time
when it cannot be processed at the DBM-150T.
Decrease the processing speed.
J071 A paper jam has occurred in front of the infeed
section of the DBM-150T.

J072 Paper remains in the infeed section of the DBM-
150T.
J073 Paper was sent from the DBM-150 at the time
when it cannot be processed at the DBM-150T.

J074 Jammed paper or paper chips were sent to the
DBM-150T.

J081 A paper jam has occurred in front of the
ejecting section of the DBM-150T.
