INSTALLING THE BLOWERS
Use the following instructions to install both the left and right blower assemblies.
1 Place a 1/4-inch thick poly washer around the pin on the fan arm mount with the
monitor arm.
2 Place two 1/4-inch thick poly washers around the pin on the fan arm mount
without the monitor arm.
3 Place the lower blower arm over the fan arm mount pin.
Note: Be sure to use the lower blower arms (P/N 63400002) included in the
iX upgrade kit.
4 Place an aluminum washer between the clamp lever and the lower bower arm.
5 Secure the lower blower arm to the fan arm mount pin using the clamp lever.
6 Place a 1/8-inch thick poly washer around the pin on the upper blower arm.
7 Insert the pin on the upper blower arm into the lower blower arm.
8 Place a 1/8-inch thick poly washer around the pin on the blower.
9 Insert the pin on the blower into the upper blower arm.
10 Plug the power cord from the blower into the power source located on the dyno
chassis.
The blowers can run at any time once the cord is plugged into a power source.
